In the excitement around Terra Firma’s widely publicised courtroom showdown in New York with Citigroup (the bank that had originally both advised EMI and provided financing to Terra Firma for the deal) the settlement of the long standing dispute with the Trustees of the EMI Group Pension Fund was agreed.
